LABYRINTH WALKING FOR MIND, BODY & SPIRIT

An introduction to the history and use of labyrinths in a wide range of settings, highlighting their mental health benefits and prevalence in hospitals and other healthcare facilities.  An open labyrinth walk on a 36-ft. in diameter painted canvas labyrinth will follow the presentation.
